Juan Santos was the proud recipient of the 2025 Ulster BOCES Scholarship from Two Chefs From Above. He has a passion for food, and credits his instructor, Chef DiLorenzo, with helping him build his skills. In the next 5-10 years, Juan hopes to be a well known chef with a following. He wants to bring peace to the world through his food.
